SGP Laminated Glass For Outdoor Application

Description:

SGP decorative laminated glass combine SGP stiff and low haze with metal glossness of metal coated plymer mesh fabric. Depending on specific mesh fabric model no. the finished glass laminate can be available with different privacy level between 25%-60% light transmittance. SGP interlayer has 5 times stiff than PVB interlayer, it is especially suitable for extra large laminated glass panel in outdoor enviroment. Metalspurc mesh fabric's metal coating can be available in Aluminium, Copper,Bronze,Inox,Titanium and customized color and pattern can be also available. It can be used for both exterior and interior application.

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metalspurc fabric according to the following standard:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3. -40 celcius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours

6. 85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, total 10 circles

7. UV Radiation 2000 hours
